New marketplace connections: ChannelEngine and Etsy

Two marketplace connections joined Tilted Channels this month.

ChannelEngine is a marketplace integration platform that many brands use to reach dozens of marketplaces at once. The new ChannelEngine channel downloads new orders into Sage 200 as sales orders, routing each line to a Sage warehouse by ChannelEngine stock location. It acknowledges each order with the Sage order number, posts shipments with tracking, and updates stock and prices, with prices from a Sage price band and an optional uplift. The channel is now available and ready for its first customers.

We also rebuilt our Etsy channel on Etsy's current Open API, with its secure OAuth sign-in and tokens that are kept fresh automatically. Paid Etsy receipts become Sage sales orders with personalisation and gift messages available to map, shipments are marked with the tracking code and carrier, and Channels can compare your Sage free stock with your Etsy listings for review.
