Ready for Shopify GraphQL and Amazon's 2026 Orders API

Marketplaces and platforms change their interfaces regularly, and the integrations that depend on them have to keep up. This month we prepared Tilted Channels for two big changes.

Shopify is moving apps from its older REST interface to GraphQL. Channels can now talk to Shopify entirely through GraphQL, working within Shopify's cost limits, and the switch is made per store with a single setting, so each one can move over when it is ready.

Amazon will retire its original Orders API on 27 March 2027 in favour of a new 2026 version. Channels now supports the new Orders API, again switchable per channel, so you can move each Amazon account across well ahead of the deadline.

You do not need to do anything yet. When the time comes, we will help you switch each store and account over, and your orders will keep flowing into Sage 200 as before.
