Release orders to your 3PL from Sage 200
Outsourcing your warehouse to a third-party logistics provider should not mean keying orders into their system and copying their despatches back into yours. The Tilted Channels 3PL module connects Sage 200 to your 3PL by file or API, and this month it gained more control over what goes to the warehouse and when.
Sales order lines held in the 3PL's warehouse can now be released automatically or only on approval, and the decision about which lines go to the 3PL now takes account of stock allocations. When the 3PL confirms a shipment, Channels despatches the Sage order for you, and shipment confirmations can now be imported even where there is no purchase order behind them.
Amendments made in Sage go to the 3PL as new releases, and reductions become cancellation requests, so the warehouse always works from the latest version of the order.
