Temu orders and stock in Sage 200
Last month we said a Temu channel was on its way. It is now part of Tilted Channels.
New Temu orders download into Sage 200 automatically, on a schedule you set, as sales orders on your Temu customer account, with the buyer's delivery name, address, phone and email on each order. When you despatch in Sage, Channels confirms the shipment to Temu with the carrier, tracking number and ship-from warehouse, and part shipments are confirmed line by line.
Stock is worked out from Sage free stock in the warehouses you choose, including bundles and alias codes, and sent to Temu for each SKU. Only figures that have changed are sent. Channels can also download your Temu SKU list, active and inactive, so each one can be linked to the right Sage stock code.
Your Sage couriers and warehouses are mapped to Temu's carriers and warehouses, and orders whose delivery details Temu holds back are skipped and logged rather than half-created.
If you sell on Temu and run Sage 200, we would be happy to show you the channel working.
