The Range Move to Mirakl

We have worked with The Range for many years. It was one of the first retailers Tilted Channels connected to, taking The Range's orders into Sage 200 for the suppliers who fulfil them. The Range has now announced that it is moving to Mirakl, one of the best-known marketplace platforms.

For businesses running Sage 200, there is nothing to wait for. Tilted Channels already connects to Mirakl, which also runs B&Q's marketplace, so you can set up The Range as a Mirakl channel and carry on working from Sage 200. If you sell on more than one Mirakl marketplace, each runs as its own channel, side by side, posting into the same Sage 200 company.

Your offers on The Range are kept up to date from Sage. Stock comes from your Sage free stock and prices from a Sage price band. Promotions come from a date-limited price band, so a promotion set up in Sage runs on The Range on the same dates. To keep each update small, Channels can send only the items whose stock has moved since the last run. Items that are out of stock can show incoming stock, with the lead time worked out for you.

Once you accept an order in Mirakl, Channels downloads it on its next scheduled run and creates the Sage 200 sales order, with nothing to key in. Channels can also email or text the customer to confirm their order has been received.

The Range needs each shipment confirmed with the courier and tracking number. Book the shipment with Tilted Carriers, using Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx, Evri or another of our carriers, and the tracking is saved against the Sage order. Channels then confirms the shipment to The Range, with the quantities and a tracking link, on its next update.
